Charvak Lake:

The Charvak Lake is in deep blue colour and the green mountains with the snow capped peaks in the distance make this Lake a very scenic spot. This artificial lake was created during the Soviet Union to provide cheap energy to Tashkent. Not everybody was happy with the new Charvak Hydro power station. You can go paragliding, swimming and fishing in the lake.
