History Of Sheikh Zainuddin-bobo Mausoleum :

Sheikh Zainuddin-bobo Mausoleum is dedicated to Sheikh Zayniddin Bobo and was built in Kucha district of Tashkent by the order of Amir Temur, at the end of 14th century.

Born in Baghdad in 1164, Sheikh Zainuddin-bobo passed away at the age of 95. His father name was Shakhobiddin Sukhravardi and he was the founder of suhrawardi sufi order. His father was also known as the poet and leader of Baghdad Sufis. During the youth age, Sheikh Zainuddin-bobo was sent to Tashkent to spread and preach the teachings of his famous father. Then he settled in Kukcha,district of Tashkent and read lectures, serves to enlightening people and developing the spirituality. Sheykh Zayniddin spent most of the time in his cell chilla-hona and prayed for the welfare of people.
