The structure of Sheikhantaur Mausoleum is small and made of the bricks with dark blue majolica tiles. Due to its great ancient Uzbekistan Architecture works on its beautifully carved wooden doors and attractive tile work, this mausoleum is one of the most important Tashkent Attractions.

With an elegant design, Shaikhantaur Mausoleum has two adjacent rooms where the entrance directed towards the south-west. The grave of Sheikhantaur with white marble can be seen in the larger and first room, called gurkhana with finest Arabic calligraphy. Inside of the chamber, a weathered tree trunk can be found while resting lightly against the dome.

The smaller chamber known as Ziyarat Khana or prayer room is attached with Sufi tombs and close to the grave of Sheikhantaur, the grave of his wife and son can be seen.

There are two brilliant blue domes where other sections are plainly ornamented on the exterior of Shaikhantaur Mausoleum. The front portal is decorated with majolica tiles whereas; the walls were supported by wooden columns.
