Abdulkasym Madrasah of 19th century, was built in the honour of Sheikh Abdulkasim khan, the great intellectual of that time. Located in Tashkent, this beautiful architectural monument is placed in Uzbekistan Tours and consists of a madrasah, a mosque and a khanaka.
Abdul Kasim Madrasah In Tashkent was built in the style of Renaissance architecture, the European architecture of the period between 14th and 16th centuries. This is the famous place where the Tashkent-Russian peace agreement was signed in 17th June 1865.

In between 1929 and 1974, The Madrasah of Abdulkasim Sheikh was used as a refuge centre for the people of Samara province. The madrasah was severely damaged and disfigures due to communal life.
In 1966, because of earthquake, the madrasah was planned to demolish. But because of some cultural enthusiasts, the restoration started in 1981.
Abdulkasym Madrasah can be found in Beshagach district in old Tashkent between Istiklol, the palace of arts and Oliy Majlis, the Parliament of Uzbekistan.
